Cancellation and delay policy
If you will be late or you want to cancel an appointment :
Call me on 06 85 42 73 79. If I can, I will answer you directly. Please note, during the treatments I automatically switch off my mobile phone and I do not read my e-mails. Therefore, if I don’t answer, leave me a voice message or a sms. I will contact you as soon as I am available.
In order to be present and attentive to all my patients, I always reserve a minimum of time between each appointment. This allows me to adjust in case of slight delays.
Late for an appointment
Delays can happen and are sometimes unavoidable !
Call me or send me a text message to 06 85 42 73 79 to inform me and we will see together how to proceed:
For a delay of 15 minutes or less, this should not be a problem.
For a delay of more than 20 minutes, I work on a case by case basis. If my schedule allows it, the treatment will be done on your arrival, otherwise we will reschedule a new appointment. In this case, 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged.
Cancellation of an appointment more than 24 hours in advance:
A problem or an unforeseen event can happen: don’t worry ! If you contact me 24 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged. We can look together to move the appointment to another date.
Cancellation of an appointment less than 24 hours in advance without any contact from you:
In the event that you forget the appointment or have a concern without prior warning less than one hour in advance, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
If I have no contact from you, the full amount of the treatment will be charged (except in serious cases) and in the case of a gift voucher, you will lose it.
